When we dispatch your package, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order.
We regularly ship parcels via Royal Mail, DHL, or TNT, depending on the destination country.
You can use the provided tracking number to check your order status at any time.
For hygiene reasons, underwear items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Our return policy for underwear is in line with health and safety regulations.
All other items can be returned as long as they meet the conditions listed in our Returns Policy.

You can redeem your gift card or coupon code directly in your shopping cart:
On the cart page, enter your coupon code in the “Coupon code” box on the left and click Apply Coupon.
If you have a gift card, enter the gift card number in the “Have a gift card?” field just above the “Proceed To Checkout” button on the right, then click Apply.
Both discounts will be applied before you proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
